1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
The order is canceled within the eligible time frame (before shipment).
You receive a wrong or damaged product.
The product is lost in transit.
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
The product has already been opened or used.
The customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
The refund request is made after the eligible window has expired.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you must provide valid bank details).
4. Returns & Replacements
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible cases will be offered a replacement or full refund.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable items such as honey jars, once opened, cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), Bee Earth Food Company will bear the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (not related to product quality), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
